Evan Henris is the Chief Executive Officer of Parabilis. He joined the firm in 2018 and has played a foundational role in building the company's credit, compliance, and risk infrastructure. Evan has worked across every major function of the organization and designed the systems and processes that enable Parabilis to responsibly support a diverse portfolio of federal contractors while maintaining strong alignment with investor expectations.

He leads the firm's growth strategy across client acquisition, retention, and partnerships, and has played a central role in scaling Parabilis' assets under management by more than 1000% while strengthening long-term client relationships. With over 15 years of experience in technology and finance sales, Adam brings a relationship-driven, results-focused approach to sustainable growth.

Khoa Vu is the Chief Financial Officer at Parabilis, where he oversees the firm's financial strategy and operations, including corporate accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and performance analysis. Mr. Vu brings more than 15 years of private equity experience with deep expertise in fund operations and financial management.

Awais Bhatti is Vice President of Credit and Risk at Parabilis, where he leads the firm's underwriting and due diligence functions. Mr. Bhatti is responsible for evaluating new client opportunities, guiding organizations through the underwriting process, and ensuring Parabilis maintains disciplined credit standards while supporting the growth of federal contractors.
